Carolyn Coffee Nissen is a Pacific Northwest (PNW) girl at heart! She was raised in Juneau, AK and had a childhood full of glaciers, whales, and one of a kind adventures. She then studied Fine Arts and Education at the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Washington.
A Seattle area resident since 1990 she has a deep knowledge of Seattle neighborhoods and surrounding areas. With 10+ years in hospitality and 12+ years in studio management and portrait photography, Carolyn brings creative solutions and a broad skill set to her real estate career, which she started in 2008. In 2009, she was the recipient of the National Rookie of the Year Silver Award from the NAHB. With 13 years of new homes sales experience and hundreds of successful transactions, she has the knowledge to help you sell your current property and find your next home or investment. Her additional certifications include: LEED Green Associate (USGBC) and Professional Photographers of America member – Properties & Portraits. From beginning to end, Carolyn’s got you covered.
Currently living just east of Seattle in the Cascade Mountains with her family, she is still that PNW girl loving all it has to offer. Carolyn is a mom, active community volunteer, and photographer for a local non-profit who still loves adventures.
