Excellent communication. Superior customer service. Extensive market knowledge. Competitive edge.

Meredith Grossman Anders brings these skills to her real estate practice at Station Cities. She attributes her professional success to her enthusiasm for tackling new challenges and her ability to devise creative solutions when faced with obstacles. She offers clients expert knowledge of the Chicagoland market and exceptional service throughout every aspect of their real estate transaction.

With a background in business and communications, Meredith understands the nuances of effective communication and the value of building strong relationships. As a former business news reporter for Reuters, the Chicago Tribune, and other media outlets in Chicago, Washington DC, and Fort Lauderdale, Meredith developed a vast network of contacts and earned the trust of executives in highly controversial and confidential business matters.

Like the news business, Meredith loves having her finger on the pulse of Chicago’s dynamic real estate market. She is connected to an active network of real estate developers, which allows her information about new real estate projects before they hit the market. She enjoys analyzing real estate opportunities both for first-time home buyers and sellers, as well as seasoned real estate investors.

A summa cum laude graduate of the George Washington University, Meredith received the International Baccalaureate Diploma and studied at the Center for Cross-Cultural Study in Seville, Spain. Meredith has made Chicago her home for more than two decades, and she enjoys exploring Chicago’s different neighborhoods with her clients. Meredith and her husband Darren love walking on the lakefront and relish long bike rides with their five children. When she’s not volunteering on parent committees and advisory boards for her children’s school and camp, she writes a page or two of her novel.
