In short, we help people list their homes, ﬁnd short or long term housing — whether they’re renting or purchasing — and provide information and on-the-ground help.
We start with real estate solutions tailored to each unique individual and family we work with. Then we dig deeper, adding whatever services they need along the way: helping them ﬁnd a great neighborhood, learn about cultural values, take language lessons, get information on how to ﬁle visa and tax paperwork, and more.
No matter who you choose to work with when ﬁnding a new home, you’ll be paying someone for their help. For our core real estate offerings, we collect the same commission as any other real estate service provider, with minimal add-on costs for supplemental assistance.
