Deborah Rodgers Lyons is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson for Station Cities, a division of Dwellworks, one of the largest relocation firms in the world focused on helping executives, employees, and their families move throughout the US and abroad.

Deb began her career after earning a BA in Sociology from Bucknell University and an MBA in Marketing from Seton Hall University/Stillman School of Business. She entered the real estate industry when she started her post-children career as a Destination Services Consultant in 2006. She enjoyed working with international clients and making them feel at home in the US. She then decided to expand her expertise, obtaining her real estate license in 2016.

Deb has several years of experience as a licensed real estate agent in New Jersey. As a Real Estate Salesperson, she advocates for clients with their leases and sales contracts, stays current with market trends and inventory, canvasses for new client opportunities, and cultivates relationships with outside agents and landlords.

She enjoys having the opportunity to work with smart international clients and ensuring their home is the right fit. It is very important to Deb that she conveys a warm and welcoming impression to all clients. She has lived all throughout New Jersey and is constantly reading and researching the towns. She sets herself apart from other agents by sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge.

Deb is a member of the North Central Jersey Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors and has won the Hardest Working Employee award from Station Cities.

She currently resides in Summit, New Jersey, although she once spent a summer living with a French family — traveling and camping throughout France. When she is not introducing the state of New Jersey to new residents, Deb enjoys playing tennis, cycling, and spending time with her eight grandchildren.
