Fainna was very involved in every step of the process. She helped us stage and photograph our apartment so that it could be seen in its best light. She coordinated directly with our building to arrange an open house. When the open house garnered a lot of interest and became quite crowded, Fainna still managed to connect with prospective buyers. When it came time to make a decision between offers, Fainna helped us determine not only which offer was strongest, but also which one made the most sense for our needs as a family. Fainna was there every step of the way. She went above and beyond what the average broker would do.

Working with Fainna was such a pleasure. She has an obvious knack and enthusiasm for real estate. She saw the potential in our apartment and made sure others saw it too.
