Felt like home! Outstanding experience with Carola & Rafell!

What can we say about Carola and Rafell? We received the news that my husband was going to be transferred from Sao Paulo to New York on August 2019. My husband’s company hired the services of Carola and Rafell and introduced us to them in the beginning of July 2019. As you can imagine moving overseas is a complex and tricky process. From the very beginning, Carola was extremely kind and empathetic to our needs. She promptly and efficiently responded to all our emails and text messages even prior to our departure to look for apartments in NYC. Carola and Rafell met with us at the time and place we had previously scheduled. She took the time to explain to us the craziness about the NY real estate market which was extremely important and we learned how to appropriately navigate the system because of her valuable knowledge about the market! We were impressed with the system created by Carola & Rafell to maximize every single minute of their services. Rafell drove us through the neighborhoods we have asked Carola. Rafell stayed in the car and Carola stayed with us as we meet the building managers and visited the properties. This system was unbelievable efficient! Rafell definitely know how to drive in NYC’s traffic and the best ways to avoid it. Carola and Rafell knew exactly what we were hoping to have in our new home and I felt like they could read our minds! In less than 2 days, we found the home of our dreams and we give all the credits to Carola and Rafell. They are not only experts in their professions, it is clear that they love what they do and that reflects in the relationship with us. I felt like home while with Carola and Rafell. They are amazing professionals with big hearts. Carola and Rafell we are immensely grateful and we appreciate YOU! So what can we say about Carola and Rafell? They are now our wonderful friends and they will always be forever part of our lives! You ROCK!
