Very professional and top shelf service I received from Stephen Maycock

I want to thank you for your help in overseeing all the Sirva resources that were involved in my relocation to NYC. The overall experience your team provided really made the cross country move easier. I want to specifically call out the very professional and top shelf service I received from Stephen Maycock. Stephen contacted me right away in August, and from the beginning he was friendly, thorough and helpful. Stephen helped me decipher the nuances of the many neighborhoods, showed me 16-18 units spread across the city over several weekend days, paid for all the Ubers and cabs and even bought our coffee and snack when we needed a break one afternoon. He deciphered what I was looking for very quickly and honed the search down to make best use of my time. In the end he found me a 1BR unit with a beautiful view of Central Park which I am going to be very comfortable in. Once I settled on the unit I wanted he did all the necessaries to work with the owner’s agent to organize all the paperwork. Stephen kept me informed throughout the process, and was available up to the time I got the keys and took possession. He followed up after to make sure all was good. All in all, I couldn’t have been happier with what Stephen did to make the apartment hunting as pain free as possible.
