Support was fantastic

Sindi Schorr actively listened to what I wanted from an apartment and showed me relevant apartments. Taking this a step further, Sindi challenged my view of what I wanted in a constructive way by showing me apartments that she believed suited me but stretched one of my desired attributes, Sindi got this right every time. I have an apartment that is perfect for me but one I would have initially discounted, it was only after Sindi evolved my awareness of the NY rental market that I realized the most important factors to base a decision on – this level of service was well in excess of my expectations and I genuinely valued it.

In the process of my search, a number of disappointments occurred in terms of rental agreements falling through, Sindi’s advice and support was fantastic and again well beyond what one would expect. Sindi’s experience was invaluable here, offering me reasoned advice, communicating with impact, that put me at ease in a stressful situation; I also appreciated Sindi’s responsiveness, Sindi was always available.

Being in the professional services industry, I know that the measure of a service provided and the relationship built is the trust the client has in the service and individual, Sindi rapidly earned my trust and I would highly recommend Sindi as an agent.
