Just wanted to write a quick note explicitly pointing out that Alex did a superb job sourcing apartments that were both relevant to my search / priorities / budget / expressed needs and well arranged in logical itineraries, over our time together last Saturday and Sunday. Moreover, he was able to help me obtain better terms from my now landlord, lowering the number of months worth of rent that was being requested, and ready to step up to the level of intensity required from such a time-pressured search. He is a very friendly, approachable, effective, responsive person and brings both personal enthusiasm and professional dedication to the search. It was a true pleasure working and spending time with him.
