Elias was a pleasure to work with for the following reasons. He was super courteous, was on time to all appointments and was available weekends and (late) nights. His response time to emails, calls and text were insanely fast no matter the time. He was very thorough and when he didn’t have the answer he would quickly reach out to the properties. Finally, he negotiated lower rates for us. I typically don’t like working with brokers because they add pressure and often times make up answers to close a deal. However, Elias was patient, overly honest, and often times it felt like dealing with a friend or family member who is looking out for your best interest. I’d definitely recommend and work with him again!
