HELPED US GET INTO CONTRACT WITHIN WEEKS OF LISTING

I worked with Bianca Tickner on a resale home in Williamsburg recently in which she represented the seller and I represented my buyer client. And it is not the norm in the industry to write a review for a fellow broker. But I have to toot the horn a bit for Bianca because she was such a joy to work with. From the moment we met, she really elevated my buyer’s experience with her knowledge of the property and surrounding neighborhood. Her expertise really helped sell the value of the property to my client. She was also extremely accommodating and showed the property after hours as my client and his extended family deliberated. Bringing the same energy, enthusiasm, and expertise despite multiple showings. She was transparent, professional, and tightly managed her clients’ expectations and timeline to make sure nothing falls through the crack. She helped us get into contract within weeks of listing during the winter months in a softening market. Which in itself is a feat. However, it is the fact that she did it with a smile on her face the whole time, and gracious and professional in her communication that makes me want to bring all my buyer clients to her whenever she lists. Anyone would be lucky to be represented by such a listing professional.
