IN 2 WEEKS WE FOUND A PLACE BETTER THAN WHAT WE HAD DREAMED OF

I worked with Larry Bogante and was beyond floored with his service. Myself and my 2 other roommates pretty much had unreasonable demands…. move in june 1 (when EVERYONE wants to move), 3 TRUE bedrooms, NO flex room, HUGE living area… and in union square for around 6K. Oh yeah and with a dog. This is essentially impossible, but we were determined to find the perfect apartment. Larry would search constantly for us and always found openings and showings first.

In 2 weeks we found a place BETTER than what we had even dreamed of (under budget?!?!? what?!?!), and throughout the entire application process (on a Saturday) he made himself readily available to us and explained everything in the application, got us the keys to the place a week early, etc etc.
