It was the most amazing blitz I had ever experienced

I recently came upon this marvelous real estate broker, Jason Bauer, with DJK Residential. I was worried about renting out an apartment I own because of its location and the fact that it did not have a doorman/doorwoman. In addition to almost hiring a former broker I had used, I went on Craig’s List, which is where this terrific guy found me. I was quite anxious that I was going to be stuck for rent. He had the apartment rented within 2 days (had shown it to 4 people–not those useless “open houses”) and had checked their credentials and I had a “waitlist”! He made 2 trips down to my office with all the paperwork and he wrapped up the whole package and got it to the condo board in a week. It was the most amazing blitz I had ever experienced when subletting an apartment. I have another apartment which I think will probably go on the market in the next few months, and I would not dream of using anyone else! He alleviated all my stress over being without a tenant at the worst time of the year to rent an apartment — before the Holidays. So I am happy and able to enjoy those holidays myself.
