Mustafa was brand new to the business but you never would have known it (and I have been renting in NYC for 25 years): He found an apt within one block of my target location, at or below the rent I wanted to pay, got my deposit negotiated down by about 50 percent, and was fun to walk around with. No BS, no hard sell, delivered exactly as promised, none of which I could have said about the other agencies I tried. Awesome guy, great experience.
