Worked with a broker Deborah Niemeyer to sublease my East Village apt. It was during the tough winter months of December / January (don’t move out during those times but do move in :). Debbie was fantastic, I had to leave early before my place was subleased and Debbie took over and kept me closely informed. Highly recommended to work with her, she’s very professional and puts in good effort.
The only one star off was my specific situation DJK (not Debbie) informing me the place will be rented out quickly, however this depends on the market and especially winter can be tough. Had I been informed more realistically I would have planned in advance to offer subsidies to find someone sooner. Other than that an overall very good experience.
