  1. Letter of employment on a company letterhead dated 30 days of your application showing your position, length of time with the company, and total compensation. This letter must include contact information at your company to verify your employment. Note: landlords will not accept an offer letter.
  2. The first two pages of your last two years’ tax returns
  3. Your two most recent pay stubs
  4. Your two most recent complete bank statements
  5. A government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, identity card, passport, etc.)
  6. A copy of your credit report along with a receipt showing that you paid for the credit report to be run within the last 30 days
  7. A landlord reference letter from your most recent landlord
