Station Cities is excited to announce that Madeleine Pearl and her talented team of agents will be joining the team in the Chicagoland area. Madeleine will assume the position of managing broker in the Chicago market. She formerly owned and operated Axiom Chicago, a boutique brokerage, for 17 years.

On-boarding Madeleine and her team reflects Station Cities’ continued expansion and commitment to real estate-related solutions for the global workforce.

Madeleine brings over 30 years of residential real estate experience in the local, national, and international arenas. She has experience with clients and companies in emerging markets, large multi-nationals, and small-to-mid-sized firms, ensuring a seamless relocation experience for transferring employees and their families. Her expertise in residential real estate in the Chicago market, as well as policy, consulting, sales, vendor management, and facilitating the entire relocation process, has resulted in volumes of very satisfied transferring employees and their corporate employers. Her network of professionals and service companies are dedicated to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction and efficiencies in their respective fields.

Madeleine’s active participation in the relocation and real estate industries allow her to stay ahead of trends and keep her staff, network, clients, and customers informed and able to make better educated decisions for their real estate and relocation needs.

She is a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), and a member of the Corporate Relocation Council (CRC) and Employee Relocation Council (ERC). She served on the board of the Corporate Relocation Council from 1998 to 2001. Madeleine earned her undergraduate degree in communications from DePaul University. Additionally, she has been published by Mobility Magazine, a relocation industry publication.
